Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Return Reasons

Damaged product received.
Wrong product delivered.
Expired product received.

How to Request a Return

Contact our Customer Support.
Reach us through WhatsApp, Phone Call, or the Contact Us section on Fertileveda.
Share your Order ID and product images (if applicable).
Our support team will verify your request.
Once approved, the return/refund process will begin.

Refund & Credit

After VerificationFull or partial refund may be issued.
Credit Coins can also be provided based on customer preference.
Returns are accepted only after confirming that the issue occurred due to an error from Fertileveda.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only until they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method or as Credit Coins, based on your preference.
